The project included the construction of a jetty comprising of a loading platform, four nos. breasting dolphins, four nos. mooring dolphins and an approach trestle all on tubular steel piles, installation of wharf fittings, dredging of seawater intake and discharge channels, construction of seawater pump house and associated works, construction of cofferdam and dewatering works for pump house, construction of control building, construction of 2 nos. rock breakwaters and supply and installation of 3 nos. GRP pipes.
